Things to know
• This property has access to a dock with first come first served slip access. Guests wishing to bring a boat MUST register with the association in advance as space is VERY limited. Parking for trailers and access to the boat ramp is a paid service. The cost is $50/day or $300/week plus a $50 transaction fee. Access to these amenities is not available until you have registered. Contact Property Manager to begin the registration process.
