Tucked away in sought after Moonridge, discover this 2 bedroom 2 bathroom ultimate ski oasis featuring vaulted ceilings, a beautiful river-rock gas fireplace and peek-a-boo views of the ski slopes. Forget about finding parking or riding in one of the shuttle buses to get to the ski resort when you can take a 5 minute walk and be on the slopes! After a long day on the slopes, head back and take advantage of the many amenities that Bear Meadows offers such as the tennis courts, spa and a gym!

Kitchen: Can’t wait to cook a memorable meal? Get into the fully-equipped and remodeled kitchen. Here you will channel your inner chef with all the possible equipment that one may need - from the Nespresso
pod or drip coffee maker, microwave, oven, refrigerator, utensils, gas stove, new appliances, cabinets for groceries and other cooking essentials, everything is there to make you feel at home.
Living Room Space: Kick back with the crew and warm up by the river rock gas fireplace while you stream one of your favorite shows after a long day on the slopes.
Bedroom One: Features a Queen size bed and Smart TV for streaming.
Bedroom Two: Features a Full over two Twin bunk bed set (a total of 3 beds).
Outdoor Space: Gas propane BBQ and club house with tennis courts, hot tub, pool table across the street from our condo. Tennis court and Spa are subject to intermittent closures and if anything is unavailable due to the HOA. We cannot be responsible if the amenities are not available.
The Bear Meadows Town Houses are adjacent to the Moonridge Golf Course, with frontage on the 1st, 2nd, 8th and 9th holes. These centrally located Town Houses are a just a few hundred yards to Bear Mountain Ski Resort and National Forest Trails. Shopping and dining are a short drive away.
Free Big Bear Trolley:
Mountain Transit’s Free Big Bear Trolley service offers convenient and reliable transportation for both locals and visitors to help eliminate traffic congestion and car pollution in the Valley.
Traffic and illegal parking are a significant issue for Big Bear during the busy winter and summer seasons. We encourage everyone to leave their vehicles at their homes or rentals and hop on the Free Big Bear Trolley to navigate the town.
Three new routes have been specially designed to make accessing restaurants, grocery stores, retail shops, ski resorts, snow play areas, parks and work easy and efficient.
Note: Maximum of 2 cars strictly enforced and violators will be towed. One parking space available in the garage and one available space in the driveway.
