Palm Villa: 4 Bedroom / Sleeps 10 Tremendous four bedroom, three bath villa with a games room and its own private pool located in the award winning Southern Dunes Golf Course. Inside this home the living space is an open plan which gives a very bright a spacious feel. The decoration throughout is chic with accented walls. Fully equipped kitchen has all the appliances that you will need whether creating a culinary masterpiece or full American breakfast. There is a solid wood dining table and chairs or a slightly less formal breakfast nook to take those meals. The family area has been furnished with comfortable sofas – perfect for relaxing and watching the flat screen TV or just looking out through the sliding doors on to the pool deck. The large master bedroom is a great place to relax with its own bathroom that boasts a kingsize bed plus walk in shower and a door that leads out onto the pool deck. There is a queen bedroom, a bedroom with 2 bunk beds and a further queensize bedroom with its own bathroom. There is also a shared family bathroom. The south facing pool is a great place to relax in the Florida sun. The pool deck is furnished with sun beds plus table, chairs for a little alfresco dining. Swim, play or sunbathe the choice is yours! The pool does have an optional heater which can be activated at an additional cost. BBQ rental available: 3 burner $89 per week / 4 burner $99 per week incl tank of propane (needs to be ordered 7+ days in advance - BBQs not stored at the home) Keep in touch with free internet access and free local and long distance calling within the USA. The villa also has a washer and dryer to take care of those wet swimming clothes. Southern Dunes is home to one of the best golf courses in Florida. Southern Dunes 18 hole golf course is rated 4.5 stars and is open to the public year round. Even if you are not a golfer you will quickly appreciate the beauty of this exceptionally maintained community. The golf course also has an excellent clubhouse restaurant which is open throughout the day for lunches and on Sunday has a very good brunch. Southern Dunes boasts three community pools, clubhouse gym, tennis courts and children’s play area. Southern Dunes is located just off Hwy 27 in Haines City and is conveniently situated close to a large Walmart Supercenter. There is a wide selection of restaurants and takeaways close by. Just six miles away is the new Posner Park shopping area with JC Penney, Target, Best Buy, Staples, Michaels, Dicks Sporting Goods and many more stores and a cinema. Southern Dunes is located around 25 minutes to the Disney World parks, Universal, Sea World, water parks and is the closest of all communities to the new Legoland Park which is a short 25 minute drive to the south.
