We preregister you and then you are responsible for opening the link in the email from Pinnacle port to pay your fee and finish the registration process. Pinnacle Port A135 is the perfect location for a quiet beach vacation for up to 6 people. This unit is located on the 1st floor. On the main floor of the condo, you’ll find a spacious living area with an updated smart TV with HDTV. There is a dining table and bar area to enjoy a fabulous meal in the condo. The spacious kitchen is fully stocked. You’ll find a half bath and laundry room across from the kitchen. The downstairs floor is updated with vinyl plank. There is a queen size sleeper sofa, perfect for sleeping 2 people. There is a balcony that overlooks Lake Powell and the boat ramp. As you make your way upstairs, you’ll find the sleeping area. The front bedroom has a king bed and spacious closet. In the hallway, there is a full bathroom with shower. The master bedroom has a king bed, spacious closet, and balcony with Gulf View. There is also a full size master bathroom with tub/shower combo. Amenities at Pinnacle Port Condos Amenities at Pinnacle Port condos include an indoor/outdoor pool with an elevated sun deck overlooking the beach. A second outdoor pool is located at the opposite end of the resort between the sports lawn and tennis courts. Four tennis courts are lighted for night play, while the sports lawn includes shuffleboard courts, bocce ball courts, horseshoes, and basketball. There’s also a sandy playground where kids can swing, slide, and climb to their hearts’ content. An adjacent grilling area offers charcoal grills and covered picnic tables. Registered guest must complete the rental agreement which requires a credit/debit card be placed on file to protect the condo against damages. No pets. No smoking. *ANY booking made within 48 hours of arrival will require CC and matching ID on file - no exceptions. The reservation will be canceled and refunded to the original form of payment. This property is professionally managed by Property Manager. Property Manager requires the registered guest booking and occupying the condo to be 25 years of age or older. In most cases, this is the policy of the condo complex or HOA that the property is located in. There are no exceptions to this policy. If you book this property and are not at least 25 years of age or older, or book this property with the intentions of allowing under 25 years of age friends of family to occupy the property without your presence for the duration of the reservation, your reservation will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you inform us within 15 days prior to arrival that you, as the 25 or older person booking the property, will not be able to come and it will only be under 25 years of age people occupying the property, your reservation will be charged a 100% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you book this property, as the 25 years of age or older person, and do not come with the rest of the group who are under 25 years of age occupying the property, your reservation will be canceled, the occupants of the property will be evicted, and you will receive no refund. These acts are booking a reservation under false pretenses, and will not be tolerated. These actions will be reported to the booking platform you used, and further penalties or consequences may arise from the booking platform you booked this property with. This policy is effective beginning 3/14/23.
