Situated in a quiet location in the charming village of Locquenole, this family house will amaze you with its incredible view over the Bay of Morlaix from the living room and bedrooms. A terrace covered by a pergola also allows you to enjoy the view sheltered from the weather.
The house has all the necessary comforts to spend a pleasant holiday with family or friends with a breathtaking view of the Bay of Morlaix.
The house is ideal for 6 people but can accommodate 8.
It is composed of :
On the ground floor: a large living room with a sea view equipped with a large sofa and a television (orange TV), a separate kitchen with a new dishwasher and washing machine, a bathroom and separate toilet.
(all rooms have a sea view).
On the 1st floor: a bathroom with toilets, bedroom with a double bed (130cm) and a bedroom with a twin bed (2 x 80cm)
On the 2nd floor: one bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and another bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a single bed (90cm)
Wifi included.
The house is a central point to discover the bay of Morlaix. It is situated 5 minutes from the town of Carantec and the town of Morlaix. There is direct access to the coastal hiking trails (GR 34).
Free parking is available in the street in front of the house.
An inner courtyard allows you to store your bikes or other beach stuff.

- the superb beaches of Carantec (Le Kelenn, la grève blanche, l’ile callot)
- golf, the nautical centre, the GR34 along the sea, fishing, boat trips
- the village of Locquenole, its bar/grocery shop, the children’s park and the skate park.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- The deposit of 500 euros is not cashed. Our secure deposit system (Swikly) simply takes your credit card.
- Your Property Manager Fanny will be at your disposal during your stay.
- The tourist tax is to be paid on the spot by cheque or cash according to the current rate (except OTA)
