This elegant home is great for large families and groups. It is a large 4 bedroom home with lots of space! Nestled in the little community of Arroyo Seco, only 20 minutes from the town of Taos and 20 minutes from TSV.
The main living room is located in the center of the home with large windows, so you can sit and enjoy the breathtaking view of the Mountains. Just off the living room you will find the family room, equipped with massage chairs, a large TV, games, books and a mini fridge for your adult beverages. To the right of the living room is the dinning room and a large kitchen. The kitchen is very open and is equipped with top model appliances.
The master bedroom is located to the left of the living room, giving you plenty of privacy. This room has a king bed and and attached master bathroom. The bathroom has his and her sinks, a large walk in shower, a tub and a dry sauna!

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
