Villa Regina is a large, bright villa with a large garden and private pool with spectacular sea views and air conditioning.
The residential complex of this villa is called Punta su Torrioni and is located on a hill overlooking the sea with a breathtaking view of the Pelosa beach, and is surrounded by the unspoilt nature of the Mediterranean.
For our guests we have 2 private parking places.
The villa is decorated in traditional Sardinian style and the combination with the surrounding nature, between the green trees and the turquoise sea, makes it unique.

In the immediate vicinity of Stintino, just 12 minutes from the town in the Country Paradise, the villa is situated on a panoramic promontory with wonderful sea views. From the house within a radius of 3-4 km you can reach many coves of incomparable beauty. The jagged coastline of the Stintino peninsula is full of inlets with an alternation of coves on one side and beaches on the other side, the former are still unspoilt and of unparalleled beauty.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- To be paid on arrival in cash tourist tax.
- A security deposit of €500.00 is payable on arrival in cash to protect against possible damage.
- Additional costs:

- - electricity: €0.50 per Kw/h (total to be quantified at checkout)
- Electricity will be charged the last day of your stay 0,50€kwh in order to prevent waste of power and pay the effective use of it. We kindly ask you to Switch-Off Air Conditioning and lights when not at home in order to improve sustainability, save cost and preserve the environment.
- For stays longer than one week, service and cleaning costs will be calculated per day and must be paid in cash on arrival.
