Fully equipped and stocked with all the needs for a comfortable stay. It is well appointed and finished with many thoughtful feel at home touches and amenities. Enter on the ground level with the open floor plan living and kitchen space that also opens up to a large open outdoor space and creek with incredible views of the mountains.
Upstairs consists of three bedrooms. The primary suite has a king bed and en suite bath. The secondary room also has a king bed with a shared bath. The third room is a bunk room with 4 twins, also shared bath. All rooms are furnished and outfitted with quality linens and furnishings.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
