Property Manager is proud to present Alajärvi 1203. 65 km to the east from Seinäjoki. Lake Ähtärinjärvi 20 m (length 30 km, width 2 km) shallow natural sand bottom, own boat.
Log cabin 2021, living room, living room kitchen, two bedrooms, bedroom 1: double bed, bedroom 2: two beds and washroom with WC. Spacious terrace with terrace furniture and gas grill. The cabin has geothermal heat, which also provides cooling function.
Separate well-equipped lakeside sauna (wood-burning sauna stove), washroom with WC, sauna has own kitchen equipment, spreadable sofa bed for two (140 x 190 cm), 120 x 200 cm mattress for one in the loft, steep stairs to the loft. The sauna terrace has terrace glazing.
A hot tub can be rented from the owner. Rent is 130 € day (heating session), 200 € 2 days. Longer rentals are agreed separately. The customer fills, heats, empties and cleans the hot tub himself. The rent is paid on site to the owner in cash.
Pet fee 25 eurobooking. The cabin is located at the northern end of lake Ähtärinjärvi. The cabin has a large lawn plot and a child-friendly shallow natural sand beach. For children there are potty and toys in addition to the crib and high chair.
