Property Manager is proud to present Pelkosenniemi 1277. Located on a peaceful spot near the center of Pyhä, only few minutes of walking to ski resort services. Beautiful view to forest, Pyhä fell and slopes. Especially the view in autumn with trees changing colors is the most beautiful time!
Log cabin 52 km north of Kemijärvi, in Pyhä ski resort. Three bedrooms, 2 beds in each, living roomkitchen with two convertible chairsbeds, wc, bathroom, sauna (electric stove), terrace. There is a TV 32’ and a TV 42’ and also PlayStation 2, WLAN, snow shoes, two tobogganssleds and kick sleigh in the cabin.
To ensure a smooth holiday, we always recommend ordering a final cleaning in advance. Note. it is not possible to order a final cleaning on site at the hotel. Reservations with pet you have to take mandatory final cleaning + pay 30€ fee. Pet’s owner is responsible for any damages. Pets must be kept in a cage while the owner...

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
