Property Manager is proud to present Sotkamo 1131. Separate holiday villa, completed in 2022, in a quiet location by the lake Nuasjärvi (100 m), near the Vuokatti tourist center, 6 km from Vuokatti. The total area of the villa is 70 m², on one floor. Spacious and bright living roomkitchen, dining set for 6-7 people. Two bedrooms with sliding doors, with double beds and wardrobes. Access from the living room to a spacious covered terrace with furniture and gas grill in the summer. In the living room there are two sofa beds (120 cm) and a folding extra bed (80 x 200 cm). A separate WC, shower and sauna with a twinkling starlight and a Harvia-brand pilar-style electric sauna stove provide atmospheric baths. The separate sauna building is free to use during the summer from June 1 to 31.8. There are some buildings in the yard area, which are not available for the tenants. Doghouse and running cable for pets (not for winter use). Wall outlet for preheating the car, extension cord available. You can also charge an electric car (there is no official charging point). Note in a different agreement, the possibility to rent the object also for a longer period. Children’s equipment, including child safety gate on the stairs, travel cot, high chair for a baby and a potty. Cozy holiday villa located on a large private plot, no visual contact to the neighbors. Lake Nuasjärvi is 30 km long, 5 km wide, with a pier and a rowing boat on the beach. The beach has a muddy bottom. Own shoreline approx. 20 m, distance to the nearest neighbor approx. 150 m, no visual contact to the neighbors from the cabin. From the ice of Nuasjärvi, there is a connection to the official snowmobile trail. The yard can accommodate several cars and trailers (e.g. for sledding). The nearest maintained ski trails are in Vuokatti (distance 5.5 km). Spa golf approx. 8 km. Kajaani 30 km. The holiday apartment is for your use from 16.00 on the day of arrival and until 12.00 on the day of departure, also for the weekend bookings. Pets are welcome for an additional fee per pet. Bring your pet’s own food and drink cups and sleeping pads. Pets are not allowed on the bedssofa. Final cleaning is included in the price. Bed linen can be booked in advance for an additional fee.
