Property Manager is proud to present Säräisniemi 1174. Modern villa and lakeside sauna on a bright and sunny beach in Säräisniemi area by the lake Oulujärvi. Flat lawn yard and sand beach.
90 km to the northwest from Kajaani, 60 m to lake Oulujärvi beach, dredged shallow beach, clay bottom, sand beach, slope and stairs to the beach.
Log-paneled cabin, built in 2016. Living roomkitchen, double bed in the bedroom (width 180 cm), 2 separate beds in second bedroom, 2 beds in the loft, sofa bed and 2 separate mattresses. The loft beds have both a common mattress pad and separate mattress pads. The cabin also has washroomWC and partially covered terrace.

Rokua Geopark and national park 35 km. The park is known for its interesting geology and beautiful lichen-covered landscapes. There are some hiking and mountain biking routes in the park. Rokua also has a spa.
