11 km to the east from Kuusamo, lake Hangasjärvi 32 m (length 2 km, width 1 km), shallow, hard sand bottom, own boat.
Log villa 2007, living roomkitchen, bedroom 1: double bed, bedroom 2: 2 beds, bedroom 3: bunk bed + 1 bed. Sauna (electric sauna stove). At extra fee a separate lakeside sauna, with washroom and dressing room, open veranda. Cozy and well-equipped cabin with amenities. The cabin has 2 flat-screen TVs, possibility to listen to the music in the sauna, adjustable lighting and air source heat pump. Internet connection = 4G.

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
