Nestled against the hillside amidst the beautiful red rock landscape of Southern Utah, this exquisite brand new five-bedroom five bathroom residence is the perfect place for your next Southern Utah getaway! This professionally decorated home is located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood adorned with ancient petroglyphs. The property boasts an array of enticing amenities, including a private swim spa with tanning deck, a relaxing hot tub, putting green, bike cleaning station, and a stunning outdoor kitchen featuring a pizza oven! After a sun-soaked day, retreat to the large indoor game room for a spirited round of basketball, ping pong, foosball, or a selection of other engaging games. Equipped with 2 Smart TVs and an Xbox with 4 controllers, the entertainment options in the game room are boundless, ensuring endless hours of enjoyment and fun for all.
Hillside Retreat at Zion can comfortably sleep 20 guests or up to 24 with the assistance of 4 twin fold up mattresses. The main floor offers a spacious master bedroom complete with an office desk and an ensuite bathroom featuring double sinks, spacious shower, and walk in closet. Adjacent to the main living areas on the main level, there is a queen bedroom with a desk and a shared bathroom. Moving upstairs, you’ll discover two king bedrooms with private bathrooms. One of these king bedrooms also has a queen sofa sleeper and a desk. The final bedroom is designed to accommodate large groups with 2 queen over queen bunk beds, a queen-sized sofa sleeper, and two fold out sleeper chairs.
The spacious upstairs family room featuring two arcade games, a game table, an 85” TV, and a Nintendo switch with 4 controllers adds to the home’s ample entertainment options, ensuring a comfortable stay for up to 24 guests without the need to venture out for amusement.
Guests will be able to park in the 2-car garage which makes unloading and loading the car much more convenient and each level has its own washer and dryer.
