Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe. This 70 square meter flat is ideally located on Gran de Gracia, the main street of the Gràcia neighborhood, with a majestic marble building entrance. The spacious living room benefits from natural light, contrasting the grey and blue design. There is a dining table and lounge area, which leads on to a balcony overlooking the street. The balcony is fitted with a small table and chairs to sip some vino. The kitchen showcases the beautiful Catalan tiles on the parquet. It is fully equipped with all cooking utensils and kitchen appliances. There are two bedrooms, both with queen-sized beds and new linens, and each is artfully decorated in a unique way. The master bedroom leads to a second balcony, adjacent to that of the living room. The hallway is lined with mirrors giving the illusion of space. There is one bathroom located next to the front door, which has a walk in shower. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund request related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts. *This accommodation may only be used for stays longer than 31 nights for personal purposes such as holiday, recreational, or leisure. Property Manager may request documentation proving your permanent residence and the reason for your stay in Catalonia, and may cancel the reservation if it does not meet the legal requirements. The information provided may be submitted to the relevant registry and/or administrative authority in accordance with Catalan regulations.
