We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe. Stay on one of the most coveted streets of Barcelona, Rambla de Catalunya, in this incredible penthouse apartment. Upon walking into the apartment, there is an open kitchen and living room layout, lending itself well to creating a communal atmosphere. The space benefits from natural light flowing from the terrace, and is accented with neutral and wooden tones. The kitchen comes fully equipped for all of your cooking needs. Step out onto the large terrace where you will find a lounge area and a dining table to enjoy a meal with friends. Feel completely secluded in this private area, away from the bustling noise of the city streets. The apartment comes with two bedrooms, both with queen sized beds, and ample storage space. The first bedroom with green details comes with a custom built desk for private work from the home area. The second bedroom has calming tones of beige and has its own ensuite bathroom with full shower. The apartment comes with a second full bathroom in the hallway equipped with fresh towels and a shower. Additionally, the apartment is equipped with high-speed WiFi and SmartTV (Netflix access). The plants are live and vibrant, which you need not worry about tending with our self-watering irrigation system. The apartment comes with a washing machine, dishwasher, and air conditioning for your full convenience. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund request related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts. *This accommodation may only be used for stays longer than 31 nights for personal purposes such as holiday, recreational, or leisure. Property Manager may request documentation proving your permanent residence and the reason for your stay in Catalonia, and may cancel the reservation if it does not meet the legal requirements. The information provided may be submitted to the relevant registry and/or administrative authority in accordance with Catalan regulations.
