Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe. This 2 bedroom 2 bath flat, located in Sant Gervasy, has a sleek decor with unique hand-made wooden details. The modern kitchen comes with a bar looking onto the dining area and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking utensils and appliances. Black shelving divides the dining area in two separate areas, with a private office fitted with a hand-made desk. The salon features a round dining table next to the sofa and lounge area. The living area leads to an outdoor terrace fitted with a small lounge area with two chairs and black lantern details to create an oasis-like atmosphere. Past the living room, find a private alcove, divided by the custom-made black shelving, fitted with a hand-made office space and desk. The first bedroom has a queen-sized beds and a small hand-made wooden table built into the corner. The second bedroom, also fitted with a queen-sized bed, has access to the outdoor terrace which stretches across to the living room. Both bedrooms come with soft sheets and ample storage space. Across the bedrooms, find a walk-in closet for extra storage space. For comfort, this apartment comes equipped with air conditioning in the Living Room and in one Bedroom. Both bathrooms are fitted with full showers and new towels. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund request related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts. *This accommodation may only be used for stays longer than 31 nights for personal purposes such as holiday, recreational, or leisure. Property Manager may request documentation proving your permanent residence and the reason for your stay in Catalonia, and may cancel the reservation if it does not meet the legal requirements.
