Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe.
Koka exemplifies charm and spaciousness boasting 140 square meters of brilliance. An elevated design radiates through this three-bedroom, three-bathroom masterpiece. Koka resides in a Madrileno favorite: the Ibiza neighborhood. Here, guests can enjoy a stroll through the Retiro Park or indulge in a traditional meal at one of the many authentic Spanish restaurants.
Stepping into the space, guests are greeted by a blended metropolitan-beachy design. Elements of Indonesia are shown through rattan-accent pieces while the vaulted ceilings and industrious columns are reminiscent of Koka’s city roots. The main area offers an array of functions, with a stylish salon complete with designer furnishings to the left and a six-person dining set to the right. Guests will also find a dedicated workstation on the far-left wall. The space is finished with a sunbaked reading nook in the far-right corner.
Walk further to the right of the space to find the main hallway. The hallway then branches off into three with the first door leading to the kitchen. This two-toned kitchen incorporates a slate color palette with a crisp-white backsplash. Have a coffee at the built-in breakfast bar or cook something grand with the state-of-the-art appliances and all the necessary cooking utensils. At the far end of the kitchen is a tucked-away ensuite bedroom. A day bed covered in beachy textiles fills the space. The bedroom is complete with an ensuite bathroom containing a walk-in shower.
The ensuite bedroom to the right of the kitchen is experiential. The bathroom emulates a spa ambiance with the sleek double vanity and walk-in shower. Back in the bedroom, storage space lines both walls while a comfortable queen-sized bed resides in the center.
Across the ensuite bedroom is the second hallway leading to the remainder of the space. On the left is a detached bathroom offering a double vanity and shower-tub combination.
The door to the right leads to the private office space. The office strikes balance between aesthetics and functionality with Indonesian art painting the room and an ergonomic workspace in the center.
The final bedroom completes Koka’s notes of luxury. Exposed beams grab the attention of guests while the queen-sized bed provides maximum comfort.
All bedding and linens are provided.
