Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe. Feel right at home in this two bedroom duplex in one of the coolest neighborhoods in Barcelona, Gràcia. The apartment welcomes you with an open plan living room and kitchen which comes with a round dining table. The space is designed with a mix of neutral and dark colors, dotted with rattan and wood details throughout for a unique touch. The kitchen, finished with black vinyls and black marbling, comes fully equipped with state of the art equipment and all cooking accessories. Past the living room, one can walk to the expansive terrace, designed with bamboo furniture and tropical greenery to create an escape from the metropolitan city. The area remains private with a custom made pergola, which partially shades the sitting area. The terrace is large enough to lounge on the sun chairs, or sit around the table with a few friends for an aperitif. Retreat upstairs if you need a quiet spot to work from home, where you will find an office space as well as a second bedroom for visiting guests. The dark wooden divider creates a separation of the space, and the office comes with additional storage space. Located past the dining area, the master bedroom has a queen sized bed adorned with linen sheets, and ample storage space. The scenes of landscapes and deserts hanging on the walls creates a peaceful ambiance for a good night. The bedroom leads to a second private terrace that has a table and two chairs, ideal for enjoying your morning coffee. The apartment comes with one full bathroom with a shower, located next to the master bedroom. Additionally, the apartment is equipped with high-speed WiFi and SmartTV. The plants are live and vibrant, which you need not worry about tending with our self-watering irrigation system. The apartment comes with a washing machine, dishwasher, and air conditioning for your full convenience. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund request related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts. *This accommodation may only be used for stays longer than 31 nights for personal purposes such as holiday, recreational, or leisure. Property Manager may request documentation proving your permanent residence and the reason for your stay in Catalonia, and may cancel the reservation if it does not meet the legal requirements. The information provided may be submitted to the relevant registry and/or administrative authority in accordance with Catalan regulations.
