The open plan layout on the ground floor is a sociable space for quality time with friends and family at any time of the year with double doors from the kitchen/dining room maximising indoor/outdoor living in the summer, and a modern electric fire for cosy evenings in front of the TV in cooler months. The landing has also been furnished as an additional space for the kids to chill on a bean bag and watch a movie. All three bedrooms have king size beds, one with zip and link so you can choose twin configuration if you prefer. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- There is a travel cot and high chair for your use, please request at the time of booking.
- Whilst dogs are welcome they are not allowed in the bedrooms or on furniture.
