Some trips you plan for years. The kind where three generations finally travel together, where the kids are old enough to remember it, where you want a home, because a hotel doesn’t have a dining table big enough for everyone, or a living room where the teenagers can stay up late while the grandparents go to bed.
This is that apartment.
"This place was perfect for our family of 6, ranging in age from 14 to 86. After a long day of walking the crowded streets of Rome in the height of summer, it was wonderful to return to such a large, spacious, air conditioned apartment. The elevator was a huge help for our eldest member. Would highly recommend to larger groups looking for a central location with easy access to the major sites in Rome." — Naheed, July 2023
Two hundred square meters on the third floor of a historic Roman palazzo, sitting precisely between the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain. Four large bedrooms, three full bathrooms, ceilings tall enough to make you stop and look up. Space to actually be together, and space to have your own corner when you need it.
The apartment has its own history. For many years it was the private Roman residence of one of the most senior figures in the Italian Republic: a man who reached the very top of the Italian state. You’ll find traces of that life here when you arrive, and a story worth discovering.
The kitchen is fully equipped for the family dinners that become the memories you actually keep. The central salon is where everyone ends up at the end of the day, shoes off, planning tomorrow over a glass of wine. Start your mornings at the cafe next door, then step straight into the historic center: the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps, the Pantheon, the Colosseum, all walkable from the front door.
Rome is best experienced slowly, from a real home, by people who have time to actually be there. This apartment is for them.
The apartment includes: new beds and mattresses, renovated bathrooms, air conditioning throughout, fast Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, dishwasher, Smart TV, elevator, and 24-hour flexible check-in.
We can arrange: a private chef for family dinners, airport transfers, babysitting, grocery delivery, Vespa tours, private Vatican Museums access after hours, personal shopping.
Four bedrooms. Three generations. One address in Rome.
