High ceilings, two living areas, and a spacious backyard make this the perfect stay for travelling families or larger groups. Step into our inviting three-bedroom retreat. The first two bedrooms boast queen-size beds, while the primary has a spacious walk-in wardrobe and an ensuite for added convenience. Meanwhile, the third bedroom features a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and a single bed on top, catering to families with infants and including a baby cot. Ceiling fans adorn every room, ensuring optimal airflow throughout this charming abode. Enjoy a spacious, well-equipped kitchen with quality appliances, a gas stovetop, and a handy island with stool seating. Step outside to the inviting outdoor area with 6-seater dining—perfect for alfresco meals or relaxing in the fresh air. Relax and unwind in front of the expansive TV, perfect for cozy family movie nights. Alternatively, savour quality moments with loved ones, whether lounging on the couch or enjoying the open-plan space. While we warmly welcome groups of up to seven guests, we ask that you refrain from hosting events or conducting business activities on the premises. You have private access with using a electronic door code. Base price is for two people (1 room). Access will only be provided to rooms that are booked and paid for. If cleaners find that unpaid beds were used, an extra cleaning fee will be incurred. Please choose the number of guests when checking availability/pricing. Please provide your own linen for this.* There are no stairs at the property, but a small step to go up as you enter the front door. Bus Route 54 is accessible at Meadow’s Way & Lower Beckhams Rd located 250m away. Eaglehawk Station, with access to the V line, is 6.2km away. We provide a convenient starter pack of essentials — including toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and other basics — to help you settle in for the first day or two. These items aren’t restocked during your stay, so feel free to bring along or pick up anything extra you might need. For your safety, the property is equipped with front and rear security cameras. For reservations on booking platforms outside of Airbnb, we require either a $500 AUD authorisation hold or a fixed damage waiver per guest with every reservation prior to check-in. Please note, that the pre-auth hold is not a charge; it simply ensures funds are available if needed. A small bank processing fee (typically around AUD 2) may apply, but will also be returned after check-out permitting no breaches in policy occur. Banks require us to renew the authorisation hold weekly. A damage waiver will not be refunded.
