CHECK-IN In order for us to validate your reservation, please complete the online check-in form and upload or provide us with a copy of your ID (Australian driver licence or passport) prior to your arrival. We will also require you to bring this ID with you for your check-in. 🕑 Check-in is from 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM. Keys must be collected from our office in Broadbeach (address provided after booking confirmation). 💬 Early/late check-in available with extra charges — please contact host. ________________________________________ EXPRESS SELF CHECK-OUT 🕙 Check-out is by 10:00 AM. To check out, simply return the keys to the designated point inside the apartment. ⚠️ Important: Without the swipe card, you can only access the Main Lobby (Level 1).
