This delightful apartment, located in a building with a lift just a stone’s throw from Piazzale Roma, is a mix of Venetian and modern style.
It is situated in an excellent starting point for exploring the city as it is near the Piazzale Roma vaporetto stop that will take you everywhere, from Rialto and St. Mark’s Square to the Lido beaches or directly to the airport. Moreover, it is walkable from the Piazzale Roma car parks in one minute without crossing bridges and from Santa Lucia train station in 3 minutes on foot.
The Santa Croce Sestiere, where it is located, is also one of the most characteristic and residential areas of the city, where you can find excellent restaurants and bars. If you prefer a dinner in the intimacy of home, you will find the Coop supermarket 20 metres away.
It consists of a living room with dining area, fully equipped kitchen, one double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
On the ground floor, there is a paid luggage storage that may be useful in case of early arrivals or departures after check-out time.
Check-ins are possible from 3 pm to 7 pm. Later ones are possible by prior agreement and with a supplement of €30.00 for arrivals by 10 pm or €50.00 by 11 pm. At check-in, the tourist tax of €5 per person per night will be required and a rental contract will be compiled and signed, which will also include the details of a credit card in the guests’ name as a guarantee for damages.
