This private beach front home will delight you and instantly put you in relaxation mode!
The main floor has an enormous Gulf front king-sized primary bedroom with ensuite bath. The private balcony offers a wonderful spot to wake up to and have your first cup of coffee or bloody mary.
Two additional bedrooms, one with a king-sized bed and the other with 2 sets of bunk beds along with a shared full bath are just down the hall. Both bedrooms have sets of french doors leading out to a deck with sound views. All bedrooms have flat screen TV’s and the house is equipped with WIFI, HBO and SHOWTIME!
The upper floor offers a huge great room with open concept living and Gulf views that go on forever! Plenty of seating, large flat screen, dining table for 8 and doors that open onto the deck will make you feel as if you can reach out and touch the emerald green water. Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- - A signed rental agreement is required to fully confirm this booking.
- - All renters must be at least 25 years old.
- - No Smoking allowed in property, including on balconies and decks.
- - Check-in is no earlier than 4:00 pm and check-out time is no later than 9:00 am.
- - Rates are subject to change until the reservation is confirmed.
- - No events or large parties are allowed. Occupancy limits must be adhered to at all times.
