Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- OFFICIAL IDENTIFICATION: As a matter of policy, official identification for the entire group will be requested prior to arrival. -
- CHECK OUT: The maximum departure time is 11 am. In case you need to leave later, please check availability and obtain authorization. After 12 noon, 60% of the night rate will be charged.
- -CHECK IN: The check in time is from 4:00pm onwards, if you wish to leave your luggage earlier it is with previous authorization and ONLY to leave your luggage at the hotel.
- ONLY to leave luggage, if the guest stays before check in time we will charge 50% of the nightly rate because it prevents the cleaning staff to do their job properly. -
- LATE CHECK OUT: Cleaning is scheduled at check out time, 11 am. In case of not having an authorized late check out and not leaving the apartment on time, a late check out penalty will be charged.
- -TRASH: Help us to take your trash down before you leave.
- -DAMAGE TO THE PROPERTY: The apartment must be left in the same condition in which it was delivered. any damage to the apartment must be reported, the amount of the damage will be quoted and must be paid by the guest. Failure to do so may result in the security deposit being available to cover the damage.
- DECORATION. Please do not move, remove or change furniture and objects, or any other decorations in the room and house.
- SMOKE-FREE APARTMENT: The use of cigarettes or any tobacco products inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will be subject to a penalty of $500 MXN. Smoking is allowed only on the terrace in apartments with a terrace. -
- PARKING: If you are going to use the parking lot let us know so we can coordinate it, in case we do not have previous notice you will not be able to use it.
- CONSUMPTION OF ILLICIT SUBSTANCES: The consumption of drugs and narcotics within the apartment is strictly prohibited. Any illicit activity reported inside the apartment will be allowed by the authorities.
- -KEEP SILENCE: Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 p.m. and respect the neighbors who are workers and family.
- -PARTIES OR MEETINGS: It is strictly forbidden to rent the apartment for parties or meetings, in case a party or meeting is reported a fine of $250.00 USD will be charged and you will be asked to vacate the apartment at that very moment.
- VISITS: Gatherings or parties within the property are strictly prohibited. Only guests contemplated in the reservation are allowed access, any visit outside these conditions will be taken as a breach of the rules and will be asked to vacate the apartment, unless prior authorization is requested. A fine of $1500 mxn per person per night will be charged for non-compliance.
- -LOSSES OR THEFT: The host is not responsible for any loss or theft inside the apartment.
- -KEYS: At the end of the stay, the loss or forgetfulness of these will have a cost of $150 MXN to be replaced. If during the stay an additional key delivery is requested, the guest will have to pay the cost of the delivery.
- -INTERNET: Each guest is responsible for all actions and messages carried out during their stay, it is forbidden to download or upload files illegally. -
- INVENTORY: The apartment is equipped and inventoried with basic things for your use, it is requested that you take care of them as they are for your benefit. Any damage/defect of the same please report and replace, in case of not doing so, it will have an additional cost that will depend on the value itself.
- -PROPERTY OWNERSHIP: Neither the host, nor the owner of the property, will be responsible for any crime or illicit act committed inside the apartment, avoiding the Extinction of Dominion over the property.
- CONTACT: For maintenance issues or departmental questions please consider a schedule of 9am to 10pm. After 10pm write or call only in case of urgency. -RESERVATION CHANGES: Once the reservation has been made, no changes can be made to reduce the number of guests or days.
- -LAST MINUTE RESERVATIONS: Guests who book less than 24 hours in advance may check-in at 7:00pm.
- We provide all of our guests a starter kit of consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, etc. Unlike hotels with daily housekeeping services, we are not able to restock the consumables beyond the items offered in the starter kit during a stay. All of our properties are located close to many major stores so please feel free to purchase any additional consumables that you think you might need during your stay beyond what's included in the starter kit. ELEVATOR: It is very important to only take up to 4 people per trip and if you bring a lot of luggage in twos and twos as the elevator is a small load. Failure to do so will result in a fine of the amount it costs to fix the repairs.
