Our apartment is in a burgeoning and tranquil neighborhood, making it an ideal oasis of peace and serenity amidst the hustle and bustle of development. The first notable feature of your surroundings is the breathtaking view of the Furama Resort, located directly opposite our residence. Unlike other developing neighborhoods, no annoying construction works or noisy karaoke bars are next door to disrupt your peaceful living.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- • If you are arriving at Da Nang airport we offer a free pick-up and transfer to our apartment for guests staying 5 nights or longer. This should be booked at least one day in advance so that we have time to make the necessary arrangements.
- • Important Notice: To ensure compliance with local regulations, we would like to ask our guests to provide a valid passport and visa before check-in. This is a mandatory requirement for registration with the local authorities. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation on this.
- • Please be aware that our properties are located in Da Nang, Vietnam—a tropical destination where insects and small pests, such as ants and geckos, are naturally present. While we conduct regular pest control and maintain cleanliness, bugs may still find their way inside, especially if doors and windows are left open.
- To help minimize this:
- ✅ We provide bug spray for your convenience.
- ✅ Please keep doors and windows closed when not in use to prevent unwanted visitors.
- ✅ Food should be properly stored to avoid attracting ants or other insects.
- While we do our best to maintain a comfortable and clean environment, a 100% bug-free experience cannot be guaranteed, as some pests may come from outside. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy your stay in this beautiful tropical setting!
