This beautiful holiday house among greenery with private, outdoor pool (unheated), 1.40 km from the beautiful beaches of Barbariga is located in the small town of Betiga at 9.8 km from Fazana, in the southern part of Istria, opposite the Brijuni Islands.
The house has a swimming pool with a waterfall and a beautiful spacious environment of about 2000 m2, completely horticulturally decorated at an enviable level. The house is partly built of stone and adapted to today’s lifestyle and is equipped with modern and stylish furniture.
The furniture and equipment of the facility is designed in accordance with today’s living standards, and the spaciousness with which the facility exudes will certainly provide superior comfort during your vacation. In addition, the garden has facilities for children and a combined playground for volleyball and badminton on the grass.
Likewise, the youngest will look forward to the possibility of playing on a swing, while the existence of such facilities will provide adults with additional moments of relaxation.
The house consists of a separate kitchen, 6 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and extra bed. The house has a large living room that turns into a large terrace by opening the glass walls. External stairs lead to the bedrooms.
Next to the private, unheated pool there is a barbecue where fish and meat specialties are usually prepared. This house is ideal for a real vacation in peace and quiet, and for long bike rides. It is important to note that the owner of the facility has its own restaurant nearby where you can have breakfast, lunch or dinner at an additional cost. For people looking for cultural heritage, it is important to note that the settlement of Barbariga was named after the Venetian noble family Barbarigo, which had estates in the area.
The area was densely populated in ancient times, as evidenced by numerous archaeological finds found both on the coast and in the hinterland. Remains of a Roman villa from the 1st century were found on the sea shore, and the remains of an ancient olive oil mill were found in the immediate vicinity.
