NOTICE: The CreekHouse development (Phase 7) at Snowcreek Resort is a brand new development with new units still under construction. Please be aware that there may be some noise related to this project.
Snowcreek VII Creekhouse, the newest phase of Snowcreek resort where you can enjoy year-round comfort and convenience. It has 3 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths and an attached two car garage. It is conveniently located a short walk from the free Mammoth Shuttle.
After an active day on the mountains, you can sleep well in these 3 bedrooms. Upstairs the master bedroom is equipped with a King bed, attached bathroom, and stunning views. Downstairs you’ll find the other 2 bedrooms! One of these rooms includes a Twin-over-Full bunk and aTwin trundle also with an attached bathroom. The other bedroom holds a Queen bed, also with an attached bath, and a deck to enjoy your morning coffee on.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
