Welcome to our family-friendly 2 bedroom plus loft, 3 bathroom townhouse in the Meadow area of Mammoth Lakes. Only 1 mile to Eagle Lodge, and steps from the Red Line Shuttle, this spacious 1500 sq.ft. townhome offers views of Mammoth Mountain and the Sherwins. With Mammoth Creek in our backyard, our mountain retreat offers gorgeous views from the balcony, and outdoor activities right out the front door. With a porch ’ski closet’, you can safely tuck away your outdoor gear for the night. During the mountain biking season, you can lock your bikes outside to our bike anchor (please bring your own cables and secure lock). We are a pet-free vacation home.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
