This stunning apartment is located on the Champ de Mars, offering a spectacular view of one of the most prestigious areas of Paris. From the moment you step in, you will be captivated by its spacious layout and seamless flow, featuring a large living room and a dining area, both overlooking the Champ de Mars and the Eiffel Tower. The master suite, also facing the park, is a tranquil retreat. With air conditioning, it boasts a generously-sized bathroom with a shower and a whirlpool bath, as well as two separate walk-in closets, providing ample storage space. On the back of the apartment, facing the beautiful Frédéric Le Play avenue, you will find three additional bedrooms, each equipped with its own en-suite bathroom and large windows that allow for abundant natural light. 24-hour confirmation policy! As this is one of our more unique homes, we require 24 hours to verify the details of your booking and ensure that this home is the right match for you. Once you have submitted your booking, a representative will contact you, answer any relevant questions and ensure that your booking runs smoothly. The representative will be able to confirm within 24 hours, if not sooner. HOUSE RULES  To finalize your booking, we kindly request a copy of the main guest’s ID.  Before confirming your booking, we will inquire about the group composition to ensure the best service, including the number of adults, children, couples, and genders.  We require a photo ID from all overnight guests prior to arrival.  Visits from non-registered guests are not permitted without prior approval.  Parties are strictly prohibited on the premises.  Quiet hours begin at 10 PM; loud music is strictly prohibited during this time.  Smoking is not permitted indoors.  Pets are welcome with advance approval.  We do not host bachelor parties on our properties.  Any form of illegal activity, including prostitution, will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement.
