Welcome to the the Corpus Christi Pearl! With peak-a-boo views of Corpus Christi Bay from many spots in our house, our house is the perfect place to relax! We are located on Ocean Drive, minutes from downtown and Doddridge Park, 5 miles to Naval Air Station Corpus Christi, and 15 miles to Whitecap Beach! Our home can sleep up to 14 people in our 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom home. With water views, outdoor living space, and beautiful kitchen, our home will provide the relaxing getaway you deserve!
The Space:
Guests will enter the home through the front door. Once inside, you’ll see the staircase which will take you up to the living spaces upstairs. If you go down the hallway, you’ll see the bedrooms on the ground floor. The first bedroom you’ll see is the master bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom. Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
