The 74 m² Apartment in Condomínio Van Piaget accommodates up to Six (6) Guests, and also has an equipped and compact kitchen to add to your stay. Enjoy Praia do Futuro in a practical, comfortable and very cozy apartment.

Van Piaget offers an excellent structure with elevator, rotating parking, swimming pool, garden, sea view and ample space and comfort for your best season at the beach. The 74 m² apartment accommodates up to six (6) guests, and also has an equipped and compact kitchen to add to your stay. All of this, with easy access to main roads and in a perfect location for going to the city center, bars and restaurants.

72 hours before check-in, the guest must inform the arrival time and guest details (full name and CPF).

After that, access instructions will be sent, with passwords for the doors and parking space (when space is available).

Praia do Futuro is the most famous beach in Fortaleza and a place that you cannot miss when visiting the city. With green sea, a long stretch of sand and stronger waves than on the Av. Beira-Mar beach, this beach is chosen by many natives to practice sports such as kitesurfing and surfing, as well as being home to the famous beach huts. . It occupies 8 of the 25 kilometers of the capital. It borders: west with Mucuripe beach, and east with Caça e Pesca/Sabiaguaba beach (mouth of the Cocó River).

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

  • 3. Check-in time after 2pm and Check-out time until 10am. Outside these times, check conditions with our team.
  • 4. We do not have room service and we do not serve any type of meal or breakfast. However, we can help with the recommendation of third parties.
  • 5. We do not carry out daily cleaning. If you want this service, we can provide it. Prices on request.
  • 6. Bed and bath linen available for guests (quantity according to reservation). We do not change bed/bath linen. If you want this service, we can provide it. Prices on request.
  • 7. Property has TWO rotating parking spaces.
  • 8. PARTIES are not allowed in the property.
  • 9. Respect quiet hours from 10pm until 8am. Subject to fine - R$ 10,000.00 established by the regulatory body.
  • 11. Pets are allowed upon consultation.
  • 12. Smoking is prohibited inside the property. Subject to a cleaning fine - R$ 1,000.00.
  • 13. The maximum capacity of the property is 6 guests (including children)
  • - Children aged 0 to 11
  • - Adults from 12 years old
  • - It is not possible to include extra guests.
  • 14. Property does not have a barbecue.
  • 15. Gas is supplied by the property.
  • 16. Water, toilet paper, detergent and loofah are only provided at check-in.
  • 17. Condominium has an elevator.
  • 18. We use electronic locks to access the property. The password is sent close to check-in time.
  • Maximum capacity is 6 people, no additional guests can be added.
  • Layout of accommodations:
  • Suite 1: one queen bed + air conditioning + hot shower
  • Bedroom2: one single bunk bed + two single beds + air conditioning
  • Bathroom: with hot shower

  • Small and medium-sized animals will only be allowed upon confirmation by our team. Large animals are not allowed, that is, those over 25 kilos and also the Pitbull breed regardless of size.
  • The concierge is 24 hours a day. It is necessary to present photo identification to grant access. Information about access to the apartment is sent close to check-in time.
  • It is controlled by the concierge, so it is necessary to present it to the concierge for guidance and opening the gate.
  • Property has TWO rotating parking spaces.
  • Enter the license plate, model and color. If you are renting a car, the information can be provided on the day of check-in.
  • The property will be inspected by our operational team both at check-in and check-out, creating an inventory of photos that will be attached to the reservation. For logistical reasons, the inspection will not always be in person and the inventory can be requested from our team at any time after entry. We recommend that the guest analyze the inspection/inventory to avoid any disagreements.

  • - Failing to remove the rubbish: R$50 per bin.
  • - Leave air conditioning on: R$ 60 per device.
  • - Smoking inside the apartment: R$ 200.
  • - Leaving dishes in the sink (no need to dry/store): R$ 80
  • - If you have a wet layette/towel, leave it out.
  • We kindly ask you not to take any items from the apartment with you, including equipment, decorative objects and linen.
  • NOTE: A fine will be applied or the security deposit will be withheld if the property is delivered under unfavorable conditions.
  • Did you break or lose something during your stay? Don't worry, accidents happen! We can certainly resolve this incident, we only ask that you contact us in these cases. We will then be able to inform you about specific fees and procedures.
