Welcome to Talamone, your serene retreat nestled in Lisbon’s vibrant Alvalade neighborhood. This spacious 97-square-meter apartment seamlessly blends modern comfort with a soothing beach-inspired design theme. Inside, you’ll discover two inviting bedrooms, each graced with a queen-size bed and balcony access to allow the air to breathe life into the space. Each bedroom is decorated with beach design in mind, playing with coastal colors and textures. One of these bedrooms offers an ensuite bathroom, complete with a luxurious bathtub, while a second bathroom ensures convenience for all guests. The heart of Talamone is its spacious living room, a perfect haven for relaxation. It features cozy seating, a state-of-the-art entertainment system, large dining table, and a dedicated workstation. Large glass sliding doors surround this inviting space, allowing plenty of natural light to flood in and providing access to a delightful balcony. Step outside to the balcony, where an outdoor sitting area invites you to unwind in the fresh air. Meal preparation is a breeze in the fully furnished kitchen, equipped with modern appliances. For your comfort, individual air conditioning is available in each room. Talamone is designed for convenience, offering disabled access to accommodate all guests. Additionally, a dedicated parking space adds further ease to your stay. Fully furnished, this apartment comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment.
