Please note that this is a 2 -storey townhouse with a staircase inside the premises. BEDROOM: All bedrooms have queen-sized beds topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linens. Also, the bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage. BATHROOM: All bathrooms have showers and toilets. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and body wash. You may need to replenish stock depending on the length of stay and frequency of usage. KITCHEN: You can use the kitchen if you’re craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have: - fridge/freezer - stovetop - crockery and cutlery - oven - microwave - dishwasher - fridge - stovetop - electric kettle - toaster We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays. LIVING ROOM: The living room has a TV that has access to all local channels you can use. WORKSPACE: There is a dedicated work area in the property with a monitor screen that you can use. LAUNDRY AREA: A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board. PARKING: Guests can store bicycles in the garage or in the courtyard (at own risk) Double garage - private (May be tight for 2 large vehicles as there is fixed shelving in the rear) NOTE: - Please do not park outside the garage door (which is on common property and causes an obstruction) and ensure to use only the designated parking areas. - Vehicles found parked in this area will be towed. Limited Onsite Visitor parking available - Free of charge Limited Street Parking - Free (sometimes limited to 2 hours) Check-in details will be sent two days before your arrival. Access codes will be provided 4 hours before check-in to keep your booking secure. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the key set or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge. I am available mostly through OTA messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me. I have been living in Canberra for quite some time now and can help you navigate your way around the local area if you need. The property is located close to public transport with light rail and bus routes a close walk providing access to Gungahlin and the city, which will make the commute a breeze. To top it all, it is only a 10-minute drive to Belconnen. Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages.
