We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe. Fimi’s design is evocative of the calm and open atmosphere of the jungle. The neighborhood of Fimi sets the scene for luxury. Resting in the Avenidas Novas area, guests can enjoy commercial centers melded with charming, tucked-away streets. After exploring, come home to Fimi to experience unique design. The space offers 1 bedroom that is fully furnished, and 1 stylishly decorated bathroom, which is also fully equipped. The bedroom features a queen size bed with an abstract jungle theme headboard and a small sunroom where guests will find both storage and a dedicated workstation. If for some reason there is not enough storage within the unit, there is also a common storage area in the building. The open plan living room and kitchen provide the perfect space for entertaining. There is a table top for four by the window, and also a counter space. If you wish to enjoy a meal outside, there is a communal outdoor terrace area. As with all our apartments, Fimi’s kitchen is fully equipped. The plants and wooden furniture pieces tie the space together. The bathroom is chic in design and has a walk-in shower. For an escape to the warm Lisbon sun, this building has an outdoor common sitting area for meeting other residents. Fully furnished, this home comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund request related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment.
