With your own private stairway to the lake, two kayaks, one paddle board and a buoy, this gorgeous estate features three levels of windows galore overlooking the deep blue waters of beautiful Lake Tahoe.
You can sit outside on the expansive deck and enjoy the stunning sunsets or take a gentle walk to the water below. Bring a boat….we are less than a mile from the Cave Rock Boat Launch. If you bring a boat, there is a dinghy available for rent to get back and forth from the stairs to the buoy. It is available by request only and requires a signed release of liability.
Four bedrooms sleep 8 adults on 3 Queen and 1 King bed.
Five televisions, 45”, 50”, 55”, 62”, 75”. Internet with Hulu on all tv’s for local and network shows. Apple TV with Air-Play for your Apple devices for music or video’s. Air-conditioning in Living Room and lakeside Master Bedroom.
Dogs: We really tried but we had too many problems with guests not picking up after their dogs, damage to our lawn and pet hair. Not fair to incoming guests so we have discontinued allowing pets....sorry.
