This charming 48 square meter apartment offers the perfect blend of comfort and coastal charm, ensuring a relaxing and memorable stay during your stay in Paris. Sirene has two cozy double bedrooms, both elegantly furnished with queen size beds to ensure you have a restful night’s sleep. One of the bedrooms also has a dedicated workstation, providing a quiet and inspiring space for work or study. The apartment includes a modern bathroom with a bathtub, where you can relax and be pampered after a day exploring the city. Whether it’s a refreshing morning shower or a relaxing evening bath, the bathroom is designed to meet your needs. The heart of the Sirene is the living room and kitchen, which create a warm and welcoming space where you can relax and feel at home. The chic minimalist design, paired with wicker furniture and blue and green hues, is an ode to the beach theme. The living room has a comfortable seating area where you can relax and enjoy your favorite entertainment on the full entertainment system. The adjacent dining table invites you to enjoy delicious meals and create unforgettable memories with your loved ones. The fully furnished kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, making it easy for you to prepare and enjoy meals during your stay. Sirene also ensures your comfort throughout your stay with radial heating, which creates a comfortable ambiance for you to relax and unwind after a day exploring the city. Fully furnished, this apartment comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens. *This apartment can be reserved for a period of one month and up to ten months. *Pets are welcome, but fees may apply. Customers will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held responsible for noise (construction or street noise) outside the apartment. We also cannot be held responsible for rooms without air conditioning (any rooms with air conditioning will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues.
