This neighborhood is known for its historic charm, cobblestone streets, quaint cafes, and rich cultural heritage. Settle into Mulini, which offers a delightful blend of comfort, style and convenience, all in a captivating beach-themed design, promising a wonderful stay in Paris. This comfortable apartment has a well-appointed bedroom with a queen-size bed. The glass door faces a cobblestone street, allowing you to get some fresh air. If you’re traveling with friends or family, a sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping space. The apartment also includes a modern bathroom with a very practical walk-in shower. The open plan living room is connected to the fully equipped kitchen, making preparing meals a snap. The living room features subtle beach-themed decor, creating a relaxing ambiance. It is also equipped with an entertainment system, ideal for relaxing while watching a movie or your favorite series. Access to the street from the living room allows you to soak up the living energy of Saint-Germain-des-Prés. Mulini is located in a building with a doorman, to ensure security and assistance. In addition, the apartment is equipped with radial electric heating, guaranteeing comfort even in the cooler seasons. Fully furnished, this apartment comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens. *This apartment can be reserved for a period of 1 to 10 months. *Pets are welcome, but fees may apply. Customers will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held responsible for noise (construction or street noise) outside the apartment. We also cannot be held responsible for rooms without air conditioning (any rooms with air conditioning will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues.
