LINEN & TOWELS ARE SUPPLIED and the beds are made with quality white linen. Doonas (with decorative covers), blankets and pillows are also supplied.
ACCOMMODATES MAXIMUM 8 adults. There is a sofa bed that will be added to accommodate 2 children ($100), total maximum guest 10.
The Hamptons Beach House on Dutchies has a refundable bond of $1000 that is payable with the balance of your accommodation and is refunded 3-5 days from your departure date.

NO VISITORS - We have a strict policy in relation to ’visitors’ to the property. A fee of $500 per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered.
