*Briarwood property owners association requires tenants to complete Application for lease approval forms. (Details available upon booking).
If reservation is made less than 8 days prior to arrival, an additional $50 application fee will be required.
Furthermore, if a reservation is made on a last minute basis before Friday @12:00pm for a booking that begins on Saturday or Sunday of that weekend, there will an additional $200.00 charge required by the Homeowners association.
