Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe. Enjoy the Spanish sun from not one but two terraces in this 85 square meter flat. The first terrace leading from the living room has a dining area to eat lunch outside with friends, as well as two sun chairs. The herbal garden adorned with lavender and rosemary plants will be in perfect bloom for the spring. The interior of the flat is painted in subtle greens and grey tones, reminiscent of the South of France in summertime. The open plan kitchen, decorated with wood and white marble, is fully equipped with state of the art appliances and kitchen utensils. The living room comes with a large comfortable couch from which to watch a movie or sit and read a good book. There is a bathroom in the hallway which comes with a rainshower, for use by guests. The master bedroom is fitted with a queen size bed with brand new linens, and is decorated with dried olive branches throughout. The ensuite bathroom comes with a shower with a rainhead. The second room acts as an office and guest bedroom, with a pull-out double bed and a desk for your work from home needs. The small terrace outside the room has two chairs and a small table to enjoy an aperitivo. Additionally, the apartment is equipped with high-speed WiFi and SmartTV (Netflix access) and includes both indoor and outdoor work areas to meet all your work from home needs. The apartment comes with a washing machine, dishwasher, and air conditioning for your full convenience. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund request related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts. *This accommodation may only be used for stays longer than 31 nights for personal purposes such as holiday, recreational, or leisure. Property Manager may request documentation proving your permanent residence and the reason for your stay in Catalonia, and may cancel the reservation if it does not meet the legal requirements.
