The magnificent private swimming pool (5x10 m, open from 18/05 to 21/09) and the wrought iron pergola, furnished with table, chairs and BBQ, are at guests’ disposal and give them the opportunity to fully enjoy the outdoor spaces. The villa is divided into 4 flats with independent entrances, but is rented as an exclusive private villa. The property is fully fenced and there is enough parking space for at least 4 cars.
