This friendly one-bedroom apartment, which sleeps two, combines a
modern and sleek design with a homely atmosphere. The property is 4.8
kilometres from the Sandton Gautrain Station. 17 kilometres from O.R.
Tambo International Airport and 20 Kilometres from Lanseria
International Airport.
As you enter this apartment, you are greeted by an inviting living
space. With a large sliding door at the end of the lounge area, this
opens onto a balcony where you can sit and enjoy the day. You’ll find
everything you need in this space – whether you’re working or dining,
there is a comfortable table to productively work at or to sit at and
enjoy your meals.
Entertainment is at your fingertips with a smart TV, providing
countless hours of leisure, while complimentary Wi-Fi ensures you stay
connected to the digital world. There is also a back-up generator, for
your convenience, when there is load shedding.
A queen-sized bed fitted with great linen awaits you, promising a
restful night’s sleep. Ample cupboard space ensures that your
belongings find a home away from home. The bedroom has a sliding door
which also opens onto the balcony. The adjacent bathroom has a spacious
walk-in shower and toilet, equipped with all the modern amenities you
desire.
The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. From a
microwave to a refrigerator, a gas stovetop, and oven, you have
everything needed to whip up delicious homemade meals. Also provided is
a dishwasher and an automatic washing machine should you need to do
some washing.
The location couldn’t be better. The Wedge Shopping centre is in
walking distance and offers you a variety of shops with a Medical Suit
that is open 7 days a week from 8h00 to 20h00 and a pharmacy which is
open until 21h00 each day. It has a Super Spa, a Planet Fitness gym and
a beauty spa.
Morningside Village 1.6km along Rivonia Road has a variety of
restaurants to choose from. Here is a Pick n Pay, Clicks and many other
well-known stores. On Saturday mornings there is a craft market on the
lower level where you can buy delicious breads, homemade jams, sweets
etc as well as an interesting variety of clothing.
Your safety and security are of utmost importance. The apartment is
within a secure building with round-the-clock security, ensuring peace
of mind during your stay. Additionally, safe parking ensures your
vehicle is well taken care of.
Inside the complex, on the ground floor, opposite your apartment is a
terrace with benches and tables looking onto calming water features.
There is also a swimming pool surrounded by green lawns which is open
for use by residents.

Turn left at your front door, then right down the passage. You will see
a staircase on your left going down 2 flights, walk along the path
which will lead you to the pool. The pool is open from 7h00 to 18h00.
