Welcome to Lassen 15, a warm and comfortable sprawling single level home that invites you to experience Sunriver in style. With enough room for up to ten guests, this home provides ample space and entertainment for any group or family vacation. Gather around the stone fireplace in the main living room for a cozy evening or relax on one of the recliners in the family room and watch your favorite movie. With two master suites, both featuring king-sized beds, you’ll have plenty of space to spread out. One of the master suites even has an office space for those who need to stay connected while away. There are also two additional bedrooms, one with a king-sized bed and one with a bunk bed for four.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- This rental has limited parking spaces. The HOA does not allow RV’s, trailers, or boats in the driveway at any time. Quiet hours in Sunriver are from 10:00pm -7:00am. County ordinance does not allow over occupancy at any time due to fire code regulations.
