The main level offers a thoughtfully designed layout with one king bedroom, two queen bedrooms, and a private king suite with a walk-in shower, along with a beautifully updated hallway bath. The open living space features a fully equipped kitchen, a generous dining area for 8–10 guests, and a convenient laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. The lower level has two queen beds and a full bathroom with a clawfoot tub (no shower), making it a great space for kids with the pinball machine nearby.
Outdoor living is a highlight, with multiple spaces to unwind and take in the lake views. Enjoy evenings by the fire pit, relax in the hot tub, or settle into the screened-in porch overlooking the water. Ideally located just minutes from dining and shopping, under 10 minutes from downtown Branson and Branson Landing, and a short drive to premier golf courses, the home sits only 15 feet from the shoreline of Lake Taneycomo. While the lake is not suitable for swimming due to its current, it is perfect for kayaking, boating, and world-class trout fishing.

Booking Rules – Please Read Before Reserving
PEAK SEASON (Memorial Day Weekend – 3rd Week of August)
• Stays must be 3, 4, or 7 nights
• Stays must start or end on a Friday (e.g., Fri–Mon, Mon–Fri, Fri–Fri)
SEPTEMBER & THANKSGIVING WEEK
• 7-night stays must still follow a Friday–Friday schedule
• Shorter stays (less than 7 nights) can start any day
• Friday and Saturday nights must be booked together (No Saturday check-in or check-out)
OFF-PEAK SEASON (Mid-September – Mid-May)
• 2-night stays allowed on any night in off season
• Any other 2-night stay exceptions must be approved by Faria Resorts before booking
HOLIDAY RESTRICTIONS
No check-in or check-out on the following holidays:
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Eve
• Christmas Day
(Faria Resorts reserves the right to review and possibly modify or relocate to an identical unit for certain dates due to calendar availability or holidays.)

• No smoking, vaping, or parties. Guests shall not have parties or events at the homes, which include but are not limited to bachelor and bachelorette parties, fraternity parties, and weddings.
