About this space: Located on the ocean, the Orchid tower is the most luxurious resort residence in Puerto Vallarta. Completed in 2020, this 1,500 sqft condo offers 2 bedrooms & 2.5 baths and has a 180-degree ocean views. Resort amenities include a stunning 50-meter (Olympic length) rooftop pool and a tranquil oceanfront pool. Each pool also has a jacuzzi. There is a full-service restaurant & bar on the rooftop that provides casual eating or a romantic candlelit dinner. Room service is also provided if you chose to eat in the privacy of your unit. This romantic residence is 9 floors above the ocean providing complete privacy & spectacular sunset views. You will fall asleep to the sound of the surf! The large living room & fully equipped kitchen have spectacular views of the ocean. The 50-foot wide glass doors of the living room slide open to create a seamless space with the 300 sqft balcony. The dining table & another living area are on the balcony. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. The master has a King bed and the guest room has 2 Queen beds. Walls of glass doors in each bedroom slide open. The interior design includes all new designer furniture, original art, a fully appointed kitchen as well as a washer & dryer. Extra Amenities: Kayaks and stand-up paddleboards available. Daily housekeeping for extra fee. Indoor parking spot. Orchid Boat: Stroll the coastline south. Stop at Los Arcos for snorkel and pictures. Sail south looking for dolphins and sea turtles. Leisurely stroll back north with good music and drinks. Notice of Upcoming Maintenance: Please note that from June 2 to November 7, there will be maintenance affecting some common areas, including the rooftop, P1 hallway, and lobby. This will include temporary closures and changes to access routes and services. CONCIERGE: The on-site Concierge team is available from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and can arrange a wide variety of additional services such as airport private transportation, SPA treatments, private Chef experiences (cooking classes, tequila tasting, appetizers, and bartender service), food & drinks fridge pre-stocking, tours and activities, and many more! The concierge will contact you and assist in coordinating your arrival. RESTAURANT: - The rooftop terrace Restaurant is open 9:00 am - 3:00 pm for lunch. -Bar is Open: 9:00 am - 7:00 pm ROOM SERVICE - This service is available from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm, 7 days a week. POOLS: - The lobby infinity oceanfront pool and the rooftop terrace infinity pool are open from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. (Children are not allowed in the rooftop pool) *Bringing your own drinks, alcohol, food, or snacks to the pool areas is prohibited. FITNESS CENTER: - Fully equipped, oceanview 7:00 am - 10:00 pm no reservation needed. PARKING: - One parking spot might be available at an additional cost in an underground garage. Please ask the concierge directly. BEACH: We are really fortunate to have the beach right in front! A resort fee of $310 MXN PESOS per night (not per person) will be collected at the security desk upon arrival. This Facilities Daily Rate is additional and independent of Property Manager, and applies to all reservations. You can easily walk to Zona Romantica in 15-20 minutes, or take a 3 minute Uber costing only $5.
