Immersed in the countryside of Ostuni in a context of majestic olive trees and fruit trees typical of the Mediterranean, stands Villa and Trulli il Bergamotto, the perfect place to accommodate large families, having as many as 4 large bedrooms. The property is partially fenced and divided into two detached buildings, a lovely complex of trulli and a large villa, with a swimming pool in the middle to enjoy maximum conviviality and views of the valley.
Internally, the villa, renovated maintaining the original elements such as natural stone for the floor and tuff on the ceiling, is very airy and bright thanks to the large windows that give access to the covered patio, here we find a living room and kitchen in one room, with a peninsula, a large table and a sofa with TV. A hallway leads to the sleeping area with three double bedrooms , two with en suite bathrooms, the third, which also has a single bed, has the bathroom (serving) just outside the room. The patio adjacent to the house provides shade for a large table, to enjoy outdoor dining with friends; to the side is a second patio, also spacious, which houses the outdoor kitchen with refrigerator, induction burners and barbecue and a relaxation area with seating and cushions. All positioned facing the pool, a very important choice for the safety of the little ones. The 4 x 10-meter pool is equipped with comfortable sunbeds and outdoor stone shower. From the outside of the villa it is possible to access, via a staircase, the beautiful terrace that offers a breathtaking view, furnished with comfortable chairs, to fully enjoy the view of the beautiful Apulian countryside and admire the sweet colors of the sunset.
Finally, the trulli complex houses a living room with a double bed inside an alcove, a sofa bed (ideal for two children) and a small table with chairs, followed by a kitchenette equipped with every convenience and a bathroom with shower. Behind the trullo is an additional outdoor shower with hot water.
Both properties are independent, equipped with every comfort.
Villa e Trulli il Bergamotto is surrounded by about 18,000 square meters of land, guaranteeing privacy but above all total relaxation surrounded by the countryside.
Being in the countryside, precisely, the last stretch of road before entering the property, is not paved and is uphill, but after all this is the only "pledge to pay" to enjoy the dominant position that this property offers its guests.
For security reasons, the property has surveillance cameras, in outdoor areas, to protect the owners and guests themselves.
Despite the presence of Wi-Fi, the connection, as it is not fibre-optic, will be slower than with urban networks.
