We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe Baeza combines rustic materials with modern finishing to create a cool grassland design in this 90 square meters unique property. Located in Esquerra de l’Eixample, guests will find a variety of upscale tapas bars and purposeful architecture. Barcelona has many great sights on offer, make sure you have a home to come back to that’s even better. With radiant bliss, this 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home will leave guests in awe. The external bedroom features a queen size bed and has light streaming in from the street. The unique dried plant headboard brings the room to life. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed and plenty of storage space. Both bathrooms are covered in wooden details to keep the grassland theme throughout, with the full bathroom having a walk-in shower. The gorgeous living room has traditional Catalan tiled floors, which are present throughout the apartment, that help add a pop of color to the space. The doors open up to a small balcony for sitting, and they allow air to circulate while relaxing on the couch during the warmer months. The modern kitchen is complete not only with all appliances, but also utensils, and has a rustic table for enjoying a home cooked meal. Offering a stylish workstation in a separate office space, this home is all about beauty and utility. Fully furnished, this home comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund request related to these two issues. *This accommodation may only be used for stays longer than 31 nights for personal purposes such as holiday, recreational, or leisure. Property Manager may request documentation proving your permanent residence and the reason for your stay in Catalonia, and may cancel the reservation if it does not meet the legal requirements.
