Kitchen: - The kitchen is equipped with appliances. - The kitchen is attached to the living room. - There is a dining area in the kitchen Parking: - The villa has parking available for 1 vehicle. Guests have access to all the amenities on the property including the rooms, the private swimming pool, lawn. Kitchen access is provided to the guests only for preparing light snacks, baby food, reheating. For any other purpose host’s approval is required. Parking is available at the property. The villa has a generator backup that can support all the appliances for up to 8-10 hours. - A Security deposit of Rs. 20000 will be taken at the time of check-in and will be refunded 72 hours after checkout. - Being located in a gated community, we don’t allow music in the outdoor section of the property. - Late checkouts are subject to availability and will be charged additionally. Late checkout is permitted only with prior approval. - Identity proofs are mandatory for all who are there for the stay. - Linen (bed linen & towels) will be changed every 2 days. Requests for the linen and towels to be changed daily they will be chargeable. - We provide soap, shower gel and shampoo in all properties, other amenities like dental kits, shaving kits etc are all on request. - BBQ Grill is provided with a chef at an additional cost and requires prior notice.
