- We do have a kitchen available on site. Kitchen access is provided to the guests only for preparing light snacks, baby food, and reheating. For any other purpose host’s approval is required.
- There are occasional power cuts in Goa. The villa has a generator backup that can support all the appliances for up to 8-10 hours.
- A Security deposit of Rs. 20000 will be taken at the time of check-in and will be refunded 72 hours after checkout.
- Being located in a gated community, we don’t allow music in the outdoor section of the property.
- Late checkouts are subject to availability and will be charged additionally. Late checkout is permitted only with prior approval.
- Identity proofs are mandatory for all who are there for the stay.
- Linen (bed linen & towels) will be changed every 2 days. Requests for the linen and towels to be changed daily they will be chargeable.
- We provide soap, shower gel and shampoo in all properties, other amenities like dental kits, shaving kits etc are all on request.
- BBQ Grill is provided with a chef at an additional cost and requires prior notice.
